Amounts over 2 inches may occur in isolated areas.Localized flooding is possible in areas of heaviest and persistent rainfall. Streams and creeks may rise rapidly and significant roadway flooding is possible in some locations. Ponding may occur on roads, in low-lying areas or where drainage is poor.
